Understand refunds

0114-day free trial

• The card-free trial needs no card or payment details. Sign up on this site, then press "Start 14-day free trial" on your account page or in the app, and it starts at once.
• After 14 days it simply ends. Nothing is charged and nothing converts. The trial costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund.
• One trial per account and per computer.
• If you have not used the trial yet, subscribing with PayPal also starts with 14 free days. We email a reminder 3 days before the first charge, and cancelling before day 15 costs $0. If you already used the trial, you are charged right away.

02Cancelling

• Cancel in one click on your account page, any time. No call or email needed.
• You keep access until the end of the year you paid for, and nothing is charged after you cancel.
• We email you 30 days and 7 days before every yearly renewal, with the date and the amount.
• Cancelling never sells anything for you. Free screens, sell orders and loss limits keep running; only the call screens and new buys stop.

03Refunds

• Within 7 days of any payment, including a renewal, a full refund.
• After 7 days, we refund the unused months. Each used month counts as $139, a started month counts as used, and the refund is never below zero.
• If the program fails to work because of us, we refund the remaining period whenever that happens.

Example: pay $1,248 for a year and cancel in the third month, and we refund $1,248 − 3 × $139 = $831.

04How refunds are paid

• Refunds go back through PayPal to the way you paid, usually within a few business days.
• Ask through Contact or by replying to your receipt email. We start within one business day.

05If a payment fails

• We email you and PayPal retries over the next days; everything keeps working meanwhile.
• Update your payment method in PayPal and it continues; if it still fails, only the call screens and new buys stop.

06Price changes

• If we raise the price we email you at least 30 days before. You can cancel before it applies and keep the old price until then.

07Effective date

• This policy applies from 19 October 2026.
